Position Description
SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a program integrator to work in Hudson, N.H. This position will act as a lead to our local customer for the assigned program and will be involved with managing the contract to meet cost, schedule and performance goals set by the U.S. Air Force (USAF) program manager (PM). Candidates must have working knowledge of U.S. Air Force regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist USAF PM in contract development
  • Coordinate and review rough order of magnitude estimates and statements of work
  • Conduct technical evaluations of proposals
  • Analyze requirements and provide solutions to the USAF PM
  • Facilitate system requirement reviews, preliminary design reviews, critical design reviews, engineering reviews, and program management reviews
  • Facilitate technical interchange meetings and certification plan reviews
  • Ensure adherence to schedule
  • Monitor progress according to integrated master schedule
  • Assist with development of alternative courses of action as required
  • Manage program risk and expectations
  • Ensure risk categories are appropriately identified and communicate any changes
  • Monitor quality assurance
  • Continuously evaluate quality of production and ensure adherence to standard practices
  • Ensure execution is conducted according to established plans
  • Analyze and approve test results and reports
  • Maintain communication to ensure requirements are met and provide feedback into the acquisition process
  • Communicate directly and regularly with the PM

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, mathematics or science; additional relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 10 or more years equivalent operational experience
  • Knowledge/understanding of DoD acquisition processes
  • Familiar with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)/military (MIL) certification standards as appropriate
  • Working knowledge of U.S. Air Force regulations governing aircraft modifications
  • Experience in aviation to include operations, management and safety programs
  • Working knowledge of USAF project/program management
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI security access 

Preferred Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance 

Security Clearance Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen. An active Secret security clearance and current investigation are required.
