We're seeking an electrical engineer with a background in signal processing and wireless communications to assist with the development of passive RF sensors.

    • 70/30 split between analysis tasks and hands on lab or field test work
    • Analyze system data to improve performance and reliability
    • Automate tests and tasks with scripting languages
    • Support system integration and field test efforts
    • Use analysis results to support the design and test of product hardware re-spins
    • Design systems level models and test vectors for algorithms
      • Detection Algorithms for UAS communication systems
      • Array Processing / Angle of Arrival Estimation Algorithms

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering with one to four years of engineering work experience
  • Minimum grade point average of 3.3
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Matlab and/or Python
  • Experience or coursework with wireless communications systems

Preferred Experience or Coursework

  • Digital Signal Processing
  • Software Defined Radios
  • Common Communications Standards, particularly 802.11 Wifi and LTE
  • MIMO Communications
  • Wireless Localization Techniques, particularly angle of arrival estimation
  • Experience with RF Test equipment including anechoic chambers, network analyzers, vector signal generators and real-time spectrum analyzers
