Position Description
SRC, Inc. is currently seeking a junior level service management analyst who will be responsible for providing on-site support to one of our government customers located in the Washington metropolitan area. This role will support the program manager (PM) in the day-to-day administration of the program. For consideration, candidates must have a minimum of an associate’s degree and five years of relevant experience. An active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and maintains program and project plans and policies, schedules, and budgets
  • Provides general clerical and meeting support
  • Communicates policies, practices, procedures, and technical and business goals of the organization
  • Documents and tracks program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMS)
  • Supports the PM in resource leveling planning and analysis
  • Plans and coordinates program management process activities such as program reviews and control gate reviews including the scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations
  • Coordinates project schedules, including participation in meetings, documentation and distribution of minutes and action items, and tracing action items for successful completion
  • Assists in the preparation of management plans and reports

Position Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) field of study
  • Five or more (5+) years of relevant experience working within a federal acquisition setting with a strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and/or NRO Acquisition Manual (NAM)
  • One or more security certifications (i.e. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM))
  • Planning, conducting or monitoring communication systems engineering projects
  • Knowledge of NIST Special Publication 800 series (SP 800-137, SP 800-53, SP800-37)
  • Strong communicator and creative player with strong teamwork skills
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain consensus with multi-discipline teams across organizational/functional lines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to provide technical feedback, guidance and advice during teleconferences and meetings
  • Must be proficient in technical writing and able to successfully communicate in person and on the phone with both technical and acquisition specialists
  • Certified in Healthcare Privacy and Security (CHPS) a plus

Security Clearance Requirements

Must be a U.S. citizen. An active Top Secret/SCI security clearance and current CI polygraph are required.
